Anchors are primarily used to securely fasten objects to substrates such as concrete, brick, and wood. As a fastener, they play a vital role in various fields including construction, engineering, and transportation.

 

In the construction industry, anchors are widely used in the installation of external wall insulation systems. For example, during the installation of external wall insulation panels, anchors are often used to secure hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh, alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh, insulation boards, and fire-resistant insulation strips, ensuring these materials adhere stably to the base wall. Furthermore, anchors are used to connect curtain walls, interior decorative components, and advertising billboards, providing additional support and stability to buildings.

 

In transportation engineering, anchors play a crucial role in tunnel engineering. They are used to support tunnel walls, fix support structures, and control surface settlement, thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the tunnel. Through the fixing effect of anchors, the surrounding rock mass and support structure of the tunnel can form a unified whole, jointly resisting external pressure and deformation.

 

In mechanical engineering, anchors also play an important role. They are used to secure metal frames, metal profiles, base plates, support plates, brackets, railings, doors, windows, and other equipment and engineering structures. Especially in applications requiring heavy loads, specialized anchors such as fixed anchors are the preferred fasteners due to their longer threads and simple, quick installation.
