Expansion Bolt Installation Method

The installation steps for expansion bolts include: First, drill a hole. The hole diameter should be slightly larger than the bolt diameter, and the depth is typically two-thirds of the bolt length, approximately 10-15 cm. Then, insert the bolt into the hole, ensuring its bottom is flush with the bottom of the hole. Finally, use a wrench to rotate the bolt's tail, causing the expanded portion to unfold and press tightly against the hole wall, generating a tightening torque of approximately 500 N·m. The expansion bolts provided in our store are made of Grade A material with a galvanized surface treatment for corrosion resistance and a strength rating of 4.8, suitable for various construction and industrial fastening needs.
